Add and Manage Reasons for Closing Case File

Tip!
When closing a case file, the system requires you to select a reason for closure. The system includes an extensive list of predefined reasons, but you can add new ones and manage the list as needed.

Add a Reason for Closing

  1. Go to Case Files > Settings > Reason for Closing.
  2. Click Add Reason for Closing Case File.
  3. Enter a Reason for Closing Name, then click Save.

Edit a Reason for Closing

  1. Go to Case Files > Settings > Reason for Closing.
  2. Hover over a Reason for Closing and click Edit.
  3. Rename the Reason for Closing, then click Save.

Delete a Reason for Closing

  1. Go to Case Files > Settings > Reason for Closing.
  2. Hover over a Reason for Closing and click Delete.
  3. Click Confirm.
